Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets, text, images, and timely feedback required for project completion unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the final delivered website and design. SteamWorks retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Limitation of Liability
SteamWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of our services or website.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
